Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  • Provide excellent service to the customers assigned to him and ensure that all of his/her actions are customer-first.
  • Should have previous experience of IT products sales and marketing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing as well as new clients in person and via telephone call.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies.
  • Regularly visit to different clients.
  • Ensure achievements of targets on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to 'solution sell' and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist with the implementation of new operational strategies based on customer feedback.

Note:- To qualify for full salary, the Sales & Marketing will have to sell at least two (02) Educational Management System (EIMS) in a month. If he/she is able to sell only one EIMS, his/her salary will be reduced to 66.7% i.e. Rs. 20,000/pm. If no sale of EIMS is made in a month, then only 33% i.e. Rs. 10,000/pm will be admissible on account of salary.

If the Sales & Marketing Executive is able to sell more than two EIMS in a month, then he/she will be entitled to Rs. 10,000/- bonus for each additional sale beyond monthly target of two sales.

Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals.
  • Provide excellent service to the customers assigned to him/her and ensure that all of his/her actions are customer-first.
  • Previous experience of IT products sales and marketing would be a definite plus.
  • Maintain relationships with existing as well as new clients in person and via telephone call.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

In addition to salary, Sales & Marketing Executives will also be entitled to Sales Commission, ranging from 5 to 10%

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for different products and services of our company.
  • Manage the strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget.
  • Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO, Google Search console and Google Analytics.
  • Build an inbound marketing plan.
  • Forecast sales performance trends.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist team in writing content, email marketing and paid advertisement management.
  • Monitoring performance of paid digital channels against targets, interrogating insight data to provide direction on performance and recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor performance of, and implement ongoing testing of ad copy across different channels and platforms to optimize click through rate, quality score and traffic.
  • Application of test and learn processes to PPC(Pay-per-click), Paid Social and Programmatic Display campaigns to increase conversion, lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Play a key role in the development of new and existing website content, identifying opportunities for improvement, delivering increased organic visibility.

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience with local and International SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, PPC platforms and CRM software.
  • Experience carrying out back-link reviews.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.

Sales Officer
